Full Description: Villa Bintang Plawa is located in the center of Seminyak & is only minutes walking distance to many restaurants, supermarket & restaurants. Both Legian & Seminyak beaches are only a 10 minute walk.
The house has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a big sunken bath-tub, a 9 meter pool (one meter at the shallow end & 2 meters deep at the deep end) & garden...detached kitchen with breakfast bar (ad hoc bar!), a full oven/stove. And, here are two fridges.
The villa has two bathrooms, first is an en-suite to the master bedroom with a bath-tub (nice & big too).
The second bathroom is entered from the open-plan living room, has a toilet, shower & washbasin. There is hot & cold water in both bathrooms, but not in the washbasins (only cold water).
There is also a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room for the Master bedroom, with full length mirror, plenty of space for both hanging & shelving for clothes. And, there a safe for storing valuables, passports etc.
Wi-Fi internet access, satelite TV channels...fan cooled open-plan living and dining areas. Located in centre of Seminyak...about 250m from inTouch Realty+a-a+s office.
And, the villa is recessed 60 to 70 meters from the main street. There is also off-street, covered parking for a car & a motorbike or two.
