Full Description: Seseh is a small traditional village of farmers and fishermen, built around a complex of exceptionally beautiful temples and surrounded by a green belt of undulating rice paddies. It is far from the main road and therefore untouched by time. The area is perfect for cycling.
This part of Bali has a dramatic coastline of stunning beauty, a mixture of black and white sand and a majestic surf rolling in slowly from the Indian Ocean. It is only 45 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the well-known restaurants in the Oberoi area.
Villa Pangaea is a splendid beachfront property in the village of Seseh on the southwestern coast of Bali, halfway between Canggu and Tanah Lot. It consists of a two-story main building of 390 square meters plus a separate two-story guesthouse of 90 square meters. These stand on 2525 square meters of land. On this land there is a parking lot, a two-car garage, a service kitchen and a separate garden shed. There are two separate servant rooms, sharing one bathroom. The property has access from two sides, both on the village side and towards the beach.
The main house has on its ground floor a 30 square meter restaurant size kitchen, a central 42 square meter patio style central open dining with ‘public’ bathroom, a 20 square meter TV and computer room, a 20 square meter guest room with private bath room plus two 12 square meter walk-in storage rooms. There are two terraces totaling 45 square meters. Upstairs there is a 35 square meter master bedroom with walk-in closet and a 10 square meter half open bathroom. There are two smaller ‘kids’- bedrooms of 20 square meters each sharing a bathroom. There is also a small 10 square meter study. The upstairs area has a total of 50 square meters of terraces.
While the structure downstairs is all double walled masonry, the upstairs section is entirely built in first quality hardwood.
The Pangaea Beach-house is the guesthouse of Villa Pangaea. It is situated right on the beach of Pantai Seseh, on the southwestern coast of Bali, halfway between Canggu and Tanah Lot.
The beach house has a two story structure with a 45 square meter air-conditioned bedroom downstairs and an equally large living upstairs with dining, kitchenette and “daybed”, all in open tropical style. It has an open-air bathroom.
What sets the house apart from similar luxury accommodation is its spectacular location.
The Villa Pangaea Beach House is perfect for either one or two couples or for a small family. There is a private entrance and access to a swimming pool. Breakfast is included in the room rate, as are the roundtrip transfers from and to the airport. If required, lunches and dinners can be arranged on site with the staff at a very reasonable price. Linnen change every other day.
Combined the main house and the guesthouse have a total of six bedrooms and five bathrooms. There is a 50 square meter swimming pool.
